Wonder Woman: Stars to the skirt

Natürlich braucht ther blaue America-Look Rock auch noch weisse Sternen drauf:

Of course the America-themed skirt needs white starts on it:

Hätte ich mal in Geometrie besser aufgepasst, dann hätt ich den auch selber konstruieren können ;) Habe ihn abgepaust... (4.5 cm hoch) Ich hatte gerade kein Drucker zu Hand...

If I would have paied more attantion in geometry class I could have contructed this myself ;) Instead I copied it... (4.5 cm high) If I had a printer at hand, I would have printed out a star...

Als erstes habe ich eine 2-seitige Klebeeinlage auf einen weissen Satin gebügelt

At first I ironed a double faced fucible interfaction (I have no idea if this is the correct word ;p ) on to a white satin

Dann die Schutzfolie abziehen (könnte man auch vorerst drauflassen und später entfernen)

Then I removed the paper membran (you could do that later if you like)

Auf die beklebte Seite habe ich dann die Strerne draufkopiert

I copied the Stars on to the pasted side

......dann die Stoffsterne ausschneiden

.......then cut out the fabric stars

.....und auf den Rock bügeln

.....and iron them on to the skirt

Da ich nicht darauf verstraue, dass die Sterne nur durchs aufbügeln halten, habe ich die Kanten mit einen Zik-Zak Stich versäubert

As I don't rely on the stars to hold only by the inroning on, I used the zig-zag stitch to fix them on to the skirt




So siehts dann schlussendlich von der Rückseite und er Vorderseite aus:

Weiter gehts dann mit dem Korsett oder dem Umhang, bin noch nicht ganz schlüssig...
