Tauriel Mirkwood corset & barcers: different layers

So here are the different layer:
At first we have the base a cotton denim. For the corset a added boning to give it some extra hold. You won't see this layer at all (except from thie inside)

Also hier sind die verschienden Lagen:
Als erstes haben wir eine Basis aus Baumwollköper. Für's Korsett habe ich einige Stäbchen eingearbeitet um dem Ganzen mehr Halt zu geben.
Diese Lage wird nicht sichtbar sein (ausser auf der Innenseite)

Then there's this gray-olive layer (something form my remnants) You won't see too much of that one as well.

Dann kommt diese grau-olive Lage (aus meiner Restekiste) Diese Schicht wird man auch nur sehr am Rande sehen können.

Now it get's more interessting ;) The next layer is this silver net. I wanted to add tiny bit of sparkel to it. But the silver was to bright, so I painted it over with brown acryllic paint to tone it down.

Nun wirds interessanter ;) Die nächste Lage ist dieses Silbergitter. Ich wollte etwas Glitzereffekt einbringen. Das Silber war mir aber etwas zu grell, also habe ich es mit brauner Acryllfarbe übermalt.

 

And the layers joined together. It looks nice so far :)

Und die Lagen übereinander. Bis jetzt siehts ganz gut aus :)

Next one will be the leather layer with the leaf-design. Looking forward to this :D

Als nächstes kommt jetzt die Leder-Lage mit dem Blätter-Design. Freu mich schon drauf :D
