Wonder Woman Skirt

Heute gehts weiter mit Wonder Woman und zwar mit dem kurzen blauen Stufenrock ;)

Today I make a Wonder Woman post again, about the short, blue skirt ;)

Verwendet habe ich diesen sehr weich fallenden Baumwolljersey.

I used this very soft cotton jersey.

Die zugeschnittenen Einzelteile. Bei sehr dehnbaren Stoffen unbedingt einige cm von der gemessenen Weite abziehen, sonst wird der Rock zu weit

Note: When you use very elasctic fabric, make the pattern smaller than the measured widht, otherwise your skirt will be to loose

Ich habe alle Nähte mit der Overlock genäht, damit sie dehnbar bleiben. Man kanns auch mit einem Zick-Zack-Stich machen, bleibt aber etwas weniger elastisch. Im Bund habe ich ein Gummiband eingenäht.

I used my serging machine for all the seams, to make them stay elastic. You could also use a zig-zag stitch, but it will be a bit less stretchy. I inserted an elstic ribbon in to the waistband.







Als nächstes kommen dann die weissen Sterne drauf ;)
