Luthien Tanzkleid / Dance Dress

Dieses Jahr werde ich zum ersten mal ans Bruchtal-Fest gehen (Mittelalter-/Herr der Ringe Festival)

Natürlich müssen da neue Kostüme her ;) Da es vorallem draussen und in wäldlich Gegen stattfindet, werden die Kleider nur bodenlang ohne grosse Schleppe, obwohl ich Schleppen liebe.....

So of course I have to have some new costumes ;) As it's mostly outside in the woods, I will make the dresses full-length but without a train, although I love them....

Da Luthien Tinulviel immer noch meine Lieblingsfigur aus dem Tolkien-Universum ist, werden es wieder Luthien-inspirierte-Kleider werden.

As Luthien Tinuviel is still my favorit character from the Tolkien-univers, it's going to be Luthien inspired dresses

Hier das erste Kleid das ich entworfen habe, ich nenne es Luthiens Tanzkleid, da im Buch Silmarillion immer wieder erzählt wird, dass sie gerne und viel getanzt hat

Here is the design of my first dress. I call it Luthien's dance dress, as it is written in the book Silmarillion, that she liked to dance a lot

Die Farbe wird evt. etwas dunkler, mal sehen was ich für Stoffe finde.
Vom Material her bin ich mir auch noch nicht sicher, ich werde aber wohl keine Seide verwenden, ist mir zu heikel für den Wald....
Sicher werde ich silberne Borten oder Spitzt für Auschnitt und Oberärmel verwenden

Maybe I will make the dress a bit darker, don't know yet. I'll see what fabrice I finde.
I'm also not yet sure what kind of fabric I will use.
But moste likely I will not use silk, that's to delicate for the woods....

Ispiriert hat mich auch Kahlan Confesser-Kleid aus "Legend of the Seeker"

Sobald ich passende Stoffe gefunden habe gibt es den nächsten Post zu diesem Kleid :)
